We are committed to providing high-quality digital products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Due to the digital nature of our products (software, indicators, EAs) and their immediate, irrevocable delivery upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a Product has been purchased and delivered (i.e., the download link has been sent or access has been granted), we cannot issue a refund.
This "no refund" policy is in place because digital goods cannot be "returned" in the same way physical goods can.

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
You have changed your mind about the purchase.
You purchased a Product by mistake.
You do not have the appropriate software or meet the minimum system requirements.
You are not satisfied with the performance or results of the Product.
You are unable to use the Product due to a lack of technical knowledge.
You claim the Product is "not as described" without providing clear evidence.

We may consider a refund at our sole discretion only under these specific conditions:
Non-Delivery of Product
If you do not receive the Product delivery email within 24 hours of successful payment, please contact our support team. If we are unable to deliver the product after attempting to re-send it, a refund may be issued.
Major Defects
If the Product is fundamentally broken or non-functional and our support team is unable to provide a working solution within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 7 business days) after you have reported the issue with detailed information.

To be eligible for a refund under the exceptional circumstances listed above, you must:
Contact our support team at support@srsfintech.in within 7 days of your purchase.
Provide your order/transaction ID and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Cooperate with our support team to try and resolve the issue first.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your license and a ban from future purchases.
