All products sold by SRS Fintech are digital goods and are delivered or licensed electronically. No physical items will be shipped.
Upon successful completion of your payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email followed by a separate email containing either a secure download link or a subscription activation confirmation for your purchased Product(s).
This email will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout or registration process.

Instant Delivery
In most cases, the delivery email with your product access is sent instantly or within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed.
Possible Delays
In rare cases, there might be a delay of up to a few hours due to technical issues with our system or the payment gateway. If you do not receive your delivery email within 24 hours, please follow the steps below.

If you have checked your spam folder, verified your email, and waited 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@srsfintech.in. Provide your order number to help us locate your order quickly.

Your delivery email will typically include:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary third-party software (e.g., a specific build of MT4/MT5, a paid TradingView plan if required) and a compatible operating system before making a purchase.
System requirements are clearly stated on each product page. We are not liable for refunds if the product does not work on an unsupported system.

For security reasons, the download link provided may have a limited number of download attempts or an expiry date. We advise you to download and save your purchased files to a secure location immediately upon receipt.
If you need to re-download a product after the link has expired, please contact our support team. We will re-issue a link at our discretion.
